I’ve lived here for years and I love it . Been here since 2017 and it’s 2025 now . Great community, it’s safe, it’s clean. On site maintenance and staff is always courteous, quick and efficient. I’ll be here until I purchase a home. For kids there’s a lot to do here and it’s safe. You’ve but got the swimming pool with a lifeguard, the playground for younger ones and a basketball court. The River as well as the woods are close by if you want to have fun in nature. It may be pricey. But it’s really At market for what you’re getting. Also this is not an Ad. Nor am I being paid to promote my apartment. I know there are some places that actually do that sort of thing. I always leave reviews and realize I haven’t done so for my community in which I live.

Came here with my friend that lives here and brought my sister in law and sister along with my nephew. Upon arrival we did not see anyone that watches the guest so we signed in and got comfortable. After 5 min of being in the water I noticed the Darkskin lady on shift was giving us a stank face , then approached us saying can I see your pass. But they failed to check the person that arrived after us pass Was then told by the manager that is only two guest per day , but we had already payed so what’s the problem? I also over heard another guest attending ask “you have to pay for other guest? “ another lady I’m assuming was the manager and darkskin lady said yes. The attending guest said “okay I”ll pay for my son” I over heard them say no is okay. AND FOR 10$ for bugs all over the pool ? V

My husband and I looked at many complexes. This was the best one for the money, and the office staff was very accommodating. The ladies in the office were a huge help to us, considering we didn’t know when we were going to close on our home. We’ve only been living here five months and whenever I need something fixed I put in a request online and it is done almost the same day. The only thing I can suggest is they have more parking and the pool not only should be bigger but deeper also otherwise I’ve met some very nice people here & we have had no issues.

We love living here! My husband and I moved in here a few months ago and we could not be happier. The grounds are always clean as well as the hallways and stairwells. Any issues are taken care of right away by either the office or maintenance. Tiffany from the office is always so friendly and helpful. She is always understanding and accommodating if we are running late to pick up packages. We love it here!
