Orchard Apartments

Ziad, the landlord, treats his tenants like crap. I ended up with an apt with bad appliances and ac unit. My unit has RATS and GERMAN ROACHES. The matainence only sprinkled rat poison and kept it moving. I've been getting half-done repairs from matainence to the unit since I moved in 11 months ago. The landlord has the nastiest attitude about fixing the unit and only cares about what you have to say once its time to pay rent. Ziad poor skills as a manager and the maintainence's poor craftmanship is the reason why Orchard Apartments is a dump. We have security cameras but no security guard. Ziad only uses the cameras to spy on his tenants. The whole street is a flood zone, so beware. The trash area is always overflowed with trash and dirty tampons.
