I have completed numerous real estate transactions throughout Northern California, but working with this company has been the most unprofessional experience I've encountered. They misled us with a false timeline, claiming we could close escrow earlier than the due date, only to later backtrack with vague statements like “we’ll see, we’re doing our best, I’ll send an update.” They missed not one, but two scheduled closing dates without any warning. This completely disrupted my homebuying client's plans, leading to significant anxiety and forcing me to incur thousands of dollars in credits for his hotel stay and moving services since he traveled to California only to wait in a hotel for his home to close.
