Their now-closed Santa Clara office handled our purchase over 15 years ago. I needed some info about our title insurance, but somehow I'd lost it along the lines. So I called the Los Altos office and they answered my question over the phone and also pulled my policy out of deep storage and emailed me a copy by the end of the day. And on the copy they had helpfully highlighted the sections of the policy that pertained to my questions. Seeing that they had nothing to gain from me at that point, this all seemed like excellent service to me.
