This review is for one of the Alain Pinel realtors, named Pearl You. I walked into the Alain Pinel San Francisco Marina location, and said I needed help finding a rental in Palo Alto. The lady at the front desk said they don't have Palo Alto rentals at that branch, but that she would be happy to send a company-wide (wow!) email to see if someone in the local Palo Alto area can help. An hour later, I got a call from Pearl You, and we talked about what things we were looking for in our rental. Couple of hours later, Pearl followed up with an email with some really helpful information about Palo Alto and the kinds of things we were looking for ( nearby volleyball, tennis, hiking, etc).
