Oquirrh Hills Apartments

DO NOT move here PLEASE. 😭 This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in (and I've lived in some questionable places). This property is disgusting and so poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere (on sidewalks, in the rocks, and around the complex) and management does little to nothing to fix the problem. There are also BIRDS everywhere, even in the ceilings inside the apartment that you can hear constantly. 🤮 Living there was so incredibly frustrating and so unsanitary. I would STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease.

We went from a huge house to a two bedroom apartment and absolutely love it. Close to Cyprus high school and surrounding stores Walmart 711 and a post office across the street Family Dollar. Has a playground for kids weight room, swimming pool and a dog park. Seems to be patrolled quite often so less crime Office people are very friendly and helpful so is The Maintenance. Did not know how I was going to feel about going from a big house to a two bedroom apartment but it’s a slice of heaven.

I enjoyed staying at these apartments. They were super affordable & no one complains about each others loud music. But the management was the best. Beatriz is the best & Monica is also super helpful and friendly. They do their absolute best to accommodate request as soon as possible. Don’t let these bad reviews or comments scare you off from getting cute apartments for a great price. I sadly only left to move closer to my work since I had to be in office now.

Location is another huge plus; it’s conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area. I have lived here since the apartments opened. There have been ups and downs as with all apartments. However the Office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff gets to things as quickly as possible. Great place to live. Internet is reliable, hallways are well lit and the common areas are taken care of. The office staff does its best to take care of issues or cleanup but overall it should be the responsibility of all who live here if more would take pride in where they live the staff could focus on other things instead of fixing what residents cause.
