Elk Run Apartments

Elk Run has been our home for years. The complex is so pretty and close to the schools and parks. The office girls are always so kind. The guys keep the apartments nice.

Was picking someone up, had hazards on and was not blocking a spot but a tenant decided to harass me because they could not park in the fire lane. Very sad that the place allows illegal occupancy and blockage of fire lanes. Avoid this joke of a property at all costs

Elk run is such a great apartment complex! I would recommend this property to anyone ! The units and property are very clean and spacious ! Maintence staff are very attentive and friendly ! The office staff is always very nice and professional ! Terci, Dawn and Wendy do a very amazing job at keeping the complex running very smooth and making it a great place to live !

This place is the best apartment that I have lived at and the only place I have ever renewed a lease. The office staff is always friendly and will work with you regarding any issues you may have. It's not a luxury apartment, but it's not meant to be. It's kind of a hideaway from the busy parts of town and a true place to come home and relax. Elk Run truly knows how to run an apartment complex!
