Heritage Apartments-Magna

I moved in about 4 months ago, and my family has been so happy here. Lori in the office, and Josh in maintenance have always been nothing but kind, helpful, and very quick to respond! Every maintenance request (oven wasn't working, fridge door shelf broke so they replaced the whole door, small leak from a faucet) were fixed if not the next day, within the week. Lori is very quick to answer any questions or concerns I've had, and was very helpful during the move-in process. My unit had a few minor cosmetic 'issues' upon move in (few small stains on countertop, crack on a door), but nothing major or that affects our day to day. It was actually very clean, didn't smell bad, much nicer than I expected for the price. Plus, there is a TON of kitchen storage!! Aside from wonderful service and a c

I lived here for two years. Lisa in the office is amazing, however the maintenance manager is a complete weirdo and will follow you around, he literally use to get in his truck and rush to my apartment when I had someone else in my car, visitors! he will play detective and creep you out. Hopefully he doesn't work/live here anymore. Management company is great to work with. Only down fall was the hot tub never worked and that was disappointing...other than those two things, great place!

DEFINATELY THE BEST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!! I have lived here for the last year and Believe me that this apartment complex is one of the best in the salt lake valley. The staff is Great. I have 0 complaints about the way My fiancé and I have been treated this past year. The 2 best staff members of an apartment complex I have ever been blessed to deal with. And take it from me I have lived in 7 complexs in the last 5 years. This is the first place that I really wanted to stay after my lease was up. Lisa Roberts who is the property manager will make you feel wanted and respected as well as Brian Taylor and his maintenance team will fix any problem no matter how small. BEST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!

My husband and I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to leave. Our first walk thru to make sure everything was good and we were going to be moving in that day, the guy before us hair was still on the sink from shaving. You are only allowed to have one person in the pool with you and only on a Wednesday. The hot tub was broken the ENTIRE time we lived there. We have a truck that has a extended bed, so its easier for us to back it up in to a stall. The apartment complex gave us a ticket for the truck being backed up. The maintenance guys were always so mean whenever you needed something done. On our final walk thru to be able to move out. The manager walked thru with us and said everything looked great and we will be getting our full deposit back. Months later I get a letter saying I am

Over priced. And they say no dogs but yet everyone has a dog including the manager.. I had service animals.. 3 and got told nope after 4 years almost of being there. But yet there are people that have dogs there WITHOUT any papers at all. Like BIG black and brown ones The hot tub never works... They allow neighbors to stalk you. Very nosey ppl and staff.. I got told stuff about my family that lived in copper tree apartments.. And didnt really care to know.
