If you can avoid living in these properties like the plague! It is impossible to get a hold of any leadership when you have issues. The property managers are not efficient, maintenance requests take more than 3 weeks to complete regardless of what it is, properties are run down, they paint over every issue including mold. Its a shame a management company like this is buying up so many properties and making hardworking Americans suffer while paying thousands.

I would give a 0 stars review if I could. Two weeks prior to falling through the rusty metal staircases leading up to my apartment, I sent an email stating the stairs felt unsafe. One week later, they responded brushing off my concern. A few days after that I fell through them while walking down them and was injured. They took 6 months to fix the stairs I fell through.

Not doing things by code and violations.no proper permits unlicensed people doing the work on electricity and gas

Zero concern for tenants at any property they manage.

Opus is a great company with a hardworking, knowledgeable staff and a CEO who know how to get stuff done!
