Optima Lakeview

We chose Optima Lakeview because of the location and excellent amenities. The numerous community spaces, the rooftop pool, and gym are stand outs. Claudia was incredibly helpful during our tour and went out of the way to get answers to our numerous tedious questions. The application and move-in process went very smoothly. Claudia, Jordan, and Paul were all very helpful with any questions we had during the process. Front desk staff is also fantastic and has been there whenever we need anything.

Just signed a lease to move in next month. Claudia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make a decision on the Optima and showed us multiple units over multiple days working with us for over a month while we compared units and other locations. She is a key factor in why we chose the Optima for our new home.

My wife and I maintain residences at Optima Lakeview, with our golden retriever Nala. We enjoy all of the amenities the building has to offer and find the building to have a neighborhood feel. We have made many acquaintances and even friends within the community. The front door staff, especially Erica and David, make us and our guests feel welcome and secure. We can’t thank Paul enough for delivery all our packages and, of course, all the maintenance staff for keeping the environment safe and tidy, especially Rashid! The only negatives to note are the high turnover rate in the front office, some tenants’ inability to clean-up after the pets and a few issues with heating and cooling but other than that our experience has exceeded our expectations. As we prepare to leave our apartment to move out of state, we reflect on how much we will miss our home and community! Is Optima Lakeview perfect, no, but is it the BEST place to live in Lakeview, YES! From amazing views and amenities to friendly staff, we could not have asked for a better place to live! It and our friends will be sorely missed!

We loved our time at Optima Lakeview. It was a once in a life time experience. Worth the investment we made for our happiness.
