We have the most gorgeous house, thanks to Open Concepts! They were building a spec house, and we bought in early. That meant that they consulted us about everything and we got to basically custom design the house, with their help and suggestions of course. We also wanted some things added on, such as solar panels, and they were very agreeable and easy to work with. The work that they do is meticulous and thoughtful. For example, when we asked for a built in bookshelf, they carried the window trim around the top of the shelf, which is in between two windows. It looks beautiful!
