One Riverside Apartments

I lived at One Riverside for over two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment community. The only reason I am moving is due to my husband’s military career. The management team is incredible — always responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout — they are quick, reliable, and truly go above and beyond. Heather from maintenance especially stands out; she treats your pets like her own and always brings a smile to your day. The office staff — Christin, Carrie, and Ashley — are next level. When my parents passed, they showed such compassion and helped me transition apartments so I could care for my mom during her battle with cancer. That kind of support and empathy is rare, and I’ll never forget

Incredibly deceptive billing practices. I received my final move-out bill on 10/13/2025 with a written statement that I had 30 days to pay. Despite this, they sent the account to collections just 48 hours later on 10/15/2025. This premature reporting has caused severe, unnecessary damage to my credit score. They claim collections tried to reach out, but no legitimate contact was made before they hit my credit. Save yourself the headache and the credit damage; avoid this place at all costs. Like who does not have a spam blocker on their phone?

I toured the apartment complex and amenities/unit. It was absolutely beautiful and had great amenities (the best of all the apartments I have looked at in Chattanooga). It was quiet, not as noisy since off the road unlike District at Riverside, and the dog park/run was such a nice feature. They also have grassy spots to walk your dog throughout in the community and the staff was very nice! Really nice inside the unit and very clean. I highly recommend touring this place if you’re in the search for a new apartment.

Been living here going on almost a year, and it feels like it’s going downhill. The front office never answers the phone, and they send threatening emails almost every week about things they could resolve by confronting the person causing the issues. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team, they are always quick at resolving issues. The pool & dog park both close @9pm, which is actually ridiculous because we pay for these amenities. If I am paying the amount of money I pay to live here, I would like to be able to use amenities when I want. It almost feels like we live in a college dormitory. AND for 3 months in A ROW, they’ve messed our rent up by trying to charge us an EXTRA $200-400 - but they never answer the phone so it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to resolve and get fixed.

Loud noises day & night from train yard next door, no elevators in any buildings except the one they show you on the tour, dog droppings everywhere. These scammers just sent me a final bill with hidden service fees for a month I didn’t even live there. Please help me in reporting them to the US Department of Housing & Urban Development for advertising their facilities as handicap accessible with tours to a building with elevator but then switching to non handicap accessible buildings at the time of lease in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
