One Arlington Apartments

I've been living here for 6 months now. I love every single day of living here. The entire building is soooooo well maintained. I've toured 7 different apartments in the area before choosing this one. And I haven't looked back since! All of the staffs here are just incredible. Maintenance team comes in so fast and takes care of all the tiny issues I have - even like a squeaky laundry room doors. The management staffs are really kind and sweet, they were so sincerely helpful from the day of the tour till this day. The well-stocked coffee machine areas makes me so happy. They throw in monthly breakfast buffet and other fun little events for residence to get along. The view from here is miraculous (Penthouse floors are totally worth the extra $$). My boyfriend and I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at one Arlington in July of this year. After just about 6 months of living here, we can confidently say we love it and would recommend anyone to live here. Essentially, the only thing that the building is missing is a pool- which let's be real, how many months out of the year would we get to use it anyways? Maybe 3? It's Chicago. Anyways, we are so pleased with the amenities that the building offers. The location is perfect, so close to the highway, many stores, and multiple downtown areas including Palatine and Arlington Heights with so many great restaurants. We have utilized the beautiful rooftop patio and grills to relax and to host guests. We have used the downstairs game room and golf simulator for the same thing. The overall upkeep

Summary: Pro: Great staff, the best sound proofing I had amongst all apts I have lived in, got all of my deposit back, and preferred employer credit. It does not smell like smoke, weed, or pet urine which is hard to find these days. Con: The building itself is not exactly new, so minor problems such as stuck windows existed. However, nicely remodeled. If I happen to get Chicago bases again, I would 100% come back here.

So, far so great! Everyone has been so helpful and really courteous to me and my family. Moving from Florida has been stressful but One Arlington Staff, Maintnace and Residents have been awesome. Thank you!! I can’t say it enough. UPDATE; I’ve been here over a year now, and things are just as good as when I first moved in. As we are leaving out now I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you if you’re looking to rent a place in a nice stable and secure place this is it.

One Arlington has a guardian angel and her name is Jen. She’s the heart and soul of this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, Jen has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and is ADA friendly. She's professional, and always looking out for resident of this community. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just offering a kind word in the hallway, Jen is always there with a smile and a solution. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people here, and it makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The rooftop vibes are great in summer and the recording booth in the basement is great year round. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone moving to the Arlington Heights/ Schaumburg area!
