One 6 Flats

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The emergency maintenance is an absolute joke. We were locked out of the apartment starting at noon. We left messages for the emergency maintenance number SEVEN different times. After the eighth call, 4 1/2 hours later, he finally answered. He told us he would be there in 20 minutes. First he went to the wrong location, then he got here, FORGOT the keys, drove the whole way home, which took another hour. We finally got back into our apartment complex at SIX (6) PM. Under any circumstances, this is absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace. Imagine a tenant having an actual emergency or needing to take medicine at a certain time? 6 hours later and they finally can get back into their apartment? Absolutely unacceptable.
