I never thought that I would be giving a five star review to a HOA management company but Heather has been an incredible asset to our neighborhood! The new home builder unfortunately left our neighborhood in the hands of a management company (AMI) that did absolutely nothing but take our money (small neighborhood without a big bank role) and left us virtually bankrupt. I’m so grateful that Heather took us on. There is positive change which helps our property values. She works closely with members to make improvements while balancing our very sensitive budget.

We work with Omni Management Services, and Rhonda Medsker is our Property Manager. It has been wonderful working with Rhonda—she is consistently responsive to all communications and collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. We truly value our partnership with her and look forward to continuing to work together to make The Shelton a great community to live in.
