Our daughter rented from OM rentals for 2 years while attending Ole Miss. outside of refusing to prorate the first month’s rent as the unit wasn’t available til almost the end of the month, It was great. We felt like she was in a safe place and communication was simple. If I had concerns they were receptive. When it came time to move out this all changed. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone and no one responds to my emails. They have essentially stolen our deposit.

Nice units but good luck getting anyone on the phone, especially once you move out. Zero response to requests for deposit return, so be prepared to take them to court or eat your deposit to avoid the hassle of court.

Ally and Ty are fair, kind, and empathetic. They have a lot of units, so they don't always have the time to fix everything right away, but if they promise you something they will do it, sometimes after a reminder or two. Likewise, when it comes to returning deposits they have always been transparent about costs and have been fair about disputing those costs and returning as much of the deposit as possible to you. My first year renting with them, I experienced a huge issue with water leaking. They were unable to repair the damages while I was living there, but helped make the space comfortable. My husband and I have lived at keystone since the fall. We have had a great and easy experience here. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We have two small children and it has been great for us. Would be great for older students or anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood. There’s no partying going on here. Everyone minds their own business. Maintenance guys are really nice. The office staff are very quick to send people to the house if there’s an issue. They had our air conditioning and oven replaced for us within two days when we had an issue, and even discounted our rent since we had to leave with our kids to stay at a hotel.
