Olympus Sierra Pines

Recently toured some apartments here for my mom - the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I really enjoyed chatting with & getting a good lay of the land with Angelika. The garage area is huge, plenty of parking, and the rec. area was very nice and you can tell they take care of it. Angelika thoughtfully laid out all of our options with ease & answered ALL of our buzzing questions so nicely. With as many tours we have been on already this one was my favorite, mostly because of how nice the leasing agent Angelika was!

I had such a great experience working with Juan during my recent apartment transfer. He made the entire process incredibly smooth, quick, and stress-free. Moving is already overwhelming, but Juan handled everything efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. What I appreciated most was how seriously he took the concerns I was having. He didn’t brush anything off. He listened, worked with me, and made sure the issues were properly addressed. It really made me feel heard and valued as a resident. I absolutely love living at Olympus Sierra Pines! The community is beautiful well maintained, and feels very welcoming. Angelika in the leasing office is tremendously helpful and truly goes above and beyond. She takes care of any needs or concerns I have quickly and professionally, and she always makes the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind. So where do I even start. They ask you to leave your deadbolt unlocked so they can come through whenever they need to. Fire drills, sprinkler checks, dryer vent vendors… and that’s just what I can think of off the top of my head. Which means literally anyone with a master key can just walk in. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the shower, on the toilet, in the middle of something. And a lot of the time it’s not even the actual staff. It’s some random vendor you’ve never seen before in your life that you’re just supposed to be cool with coming into your home. It’s giving trust issues. I’ve never lived somewhere where I had to deal with this level of just… people coming through. Ever. And look, I get it. Fire safety, lint buildup, whatever. I genuinely do.
