Truly a horrible place to live. I lived there for two years and had mold that they just painted over, roaches for months, and just the feeling of dread every day living in a disgusting place. The trash compactor always had piles of trash outside of it, dog poop everywhere. I never even got a trash can for valet trash so it just sat outside the door on the floor. The management there is incredibly unhelpful, all the time. They only tell you what you want to hear. Even when I moved out, it took me way longer than it should have, and a hundred phone calls later to finally get my deposit back. I'm just being honest so that people at least know what they're getting into when you move here. Since moving out, I've never been happier. I’ve been living at 280 Blue Moon, Olympus Carrington, and I couldn’t be happier! The apartment is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it truly feel like home. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with lush landscaping and clean, inviting common areas. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, which makes daily life so much easier. I especially love the amenities—the fitness center is top-notch, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s also a safe, quiet, and welcoming neighborhood, and the overall living experience here is exceptional. This place has fallen down over the years. I have been a resident for five years and this has been the worst it has been. The complex halls are absolutely filthy. There are roach bombs throughout my complex walk ways. Valet trash is terrible they never come as scheduled. I had to beg after five years for my carpet to be cleaned. They do not care about their residents. They make sure the landscaping is done to draw new residents but if you are smart please run and fast. I would not recommend this place at all. The staff has changed numerous times over the years. It is just overall not a good community anymore and it is definitely not worth the rent. There are loud parties the weekend at the pool until 10. It is not a good place to stay at all I am sure you could find something way better.
