Olympic Village Apartments

I have nothing bad to say about Brooke the leasing agent or Olympic Village… Even if I don’t get in, Brooke was very patient with me…..Very understanding….and understood my situation …. she took the time and that just means a lot so I just want to personally say thank you Brooke and give you a shout out and recognize you by name for the great job that you do even if nobody else appreciates you, I do They’re an older unit, however it’s four walls and a roof over your head so if you need someplace to go, I recommend them….plus it’s conveniently located to the West End and they are reasonably priced… I highly recommend them

I recently had an excellent experience with Carmen one of the leasing agents! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I reached out, she was quick to respond to my questions and provided detailed information about the apartments and fees. As a first time renter she was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable when asking questions. Overall she made me feel very welcomed, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my decision in applying. I truly appreciate her! Highly recommend!

When we moved in, in Feb of 2022, we asked if we could use a window unit and of course I didn't get it in writing so that's my fault. They told us we could us one. However now all of the sudden they are changing their mind and tell us to remove it. Citing that in the lease it says we can't alter the apartment (remove a window screen) the screen was removed by Olympic village maintenance and the window ac was installed by Olympic village maintenance. We did not alter the apartment. They did. Now we have removed the window unit because they are threatening to terminate our lease and evict us. Also the office is very difficult to get a hold of and they lady we have spoken with since we signed our lease Emily was quite rude to my wife and tried to talk over her about the issue. Very pleasant experience! All questions were answered and all options were communicated. Rental agent was cheery and knowledgeable.

The place was great in the first months, but now we can not wait for the lease to end and move from here. First the told us we could use a window unit during the summer, and then this year they changed their policy and asked us to remove it because it was damaging the window. We tried to talk with people from the office, they told us they will contact us back with new information. They never called or email us, just left us a letter at the door saying they could terminate our lease if we did not remove it. We went to the office and the lovely manager just screamed at us, saying that they left voice messages and everything (it never happened). Now it is 91 degrees in Billings, no window unit allowed and we will not buy a different AC for the second time in 1 year… we just walked to the pool
