Olympic View Apartments

Managed by West & Wheeler. These apartments have drastically gone down hill in the last three years. Flooding of apartments and the parking lot, the grounds no longer have any trees or beautiful greenery, the now defunct construction of the apartments in front of the building (rumor is the contractors ran out of money, so they have been sitting for 8 months) has taken away the views. The laundry room consists of two washers and two dryers for 29 units. Currently, one washer is broke/out of order and has been for a week. The maintenance of the grounds or the building itself is completely non-existent, weeds and trash litter the parking lot. The tenants that are moving in are questionable while the quiet, clean ones get pushed out because of the jacking up in rent but no improvement to the b

Moving out asap. Neighbors cats died due to their apartment. Unsafe living conditions including but not limited to toxic mold. The mold caused damage to personal property including multiple pillows. Management does not care and will not do anything. Gave a 10 days or vacate notice after complaints from an anti lgbtq+ neighbor who has been harrassing my partner and I. Don’t really believe the management is lgbtq+ friendly after how theyve been treating us. Appliances breaking, had to replace toliet seat after it broke and bathroom sink clogged. Management said to contact my father not them to do repairs- unprofessional. Will be breaking my lease if possible or moving out asap. Do not move here.

These apartments might have a pretty view, but the service and living is horrendous and disgusting. They have a huge mold and fly problem to the point where it is written in your lease to keep and eye on damp and dark parts of your home to report any mold as noticed. The flies get into your unit and no amount of cleaning keeps them out. To the point where the flies find a place to lay eggs and continue living in your home like a clean sink or a dark garbage disposal. When you try and call and ask for things to get addressed they remove their contact information from online resources so you cant reach them. These apartments don't seem too bad of a place to live. The price is worth it due to West and Wheeler is doing a good job on the up keep and upgrades.
