I have been extremely disappointed with my experience living at Olympics by Windsor. For the price point, the lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and overall management breakdown are unacceptable. One elevator has been out of service for over 60 days, creating daily inconvenience and accessibility issues. The gym floor has been leaking and has been inoperable for weeks. Rooftop lights on both the skydeck and rear patio have not been working, limiting access to amenities we are actively charged for. Multiple TVs in common areas are unusable because the remotes are locked in the leasing office, which is only open by limited appointment. Even when amenities technically exist, access to them is restricted or impractical. There has also been a persistent bug infestation and multiple u

What I want to say about the place where I live is this: it is genuinely very difficult to reach management. First, packages often go missing, unfortunately, or someone seems to tamper with them. Second, since the day I moved in, the dishwasher has not worked, water leaks from the sink, and the sink constantly gets clogged, water drains extremely slowly. Maintenance has come to fix these issues three times already, and I want to emphasize that none of this was caused by me; all the problems started the moment I moved in. I appreciate that maintenance comes, but unfortunately nothing has been resolved. The move-in experience itself was pleasant, and the leasing agent was very helpful. The payment system also works incorrectly. I was later charged a late fee even though the amount had been

This place needs to be investigated for violating consumer law. I am one of several people who has had their deposit stolen. After one year of living there, I was charged $350 for painting and $250 for cleaning. These are flat fees that should be cover by the landlord as wear and tear. These flat fees are illegal and several residents had a similar experience. They also will advertise this place as “luxury.” However there are no efforts from management to keep it up as such. The picture below show the condition of the apartment they gave me. They cleaned the toilet a bit to help the appearance, but they have refused to fix the sink drain. Management will do ANYTHING to save themselves a couple bucks. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s exhausting that have to fight for every sing

I made the mistake of moving into Olympic by Windsor about two weeks ago, and my experience has been terrible from day one. I had a scheduled move-in appointment with Alexis, which I confirmed multiple times by phone the week prior. On move-in day, I arrived five minutes early and waited nearly an hour. Alexis never showed up and never contacted me to let me know she wouldn’t be there. Thankfully, another leasing agent happened to walk by, and I had to stop them to get help—otherwise I would have been completely stranded. I was simply handed my keys with no move-in packet or instructions, despite Windsor typically providing a folder with important information. When I entered the apartment, I was disgusted. There was water all over the kitchen floor from a leaking refrigerator and a distu

I write this review with a very heavy heart. I trusted and rented with Olympic by Windsor for the last year thinking it’d be my home for several. They advertise as a luxury apartment but there has been nothing luxury about my experience. I had a bathroom ceiling leak with dripping water and black spots on the wall that took 4 months to repair. It took multiple complaints and me having to quite literally beg and cry to a random leasing agent to help me. Once the leak was fixed, I thought my problem was over. I was wrong. My bathroom ceiling developed a daily high-pitched, ringing sound. Management keeps relying on maintenance to fix it but maintenance can’t figure out where the source is. I have asked about other alternatives several times and I continue to get the same run around. This
