Mike and his team did a great job! We are very happy with our master bathroom remodel. We came in on budget, Mike was onsite several times during the project and kept us informed every step of the way. The attention to detail resulted in a beautiful bathroom space we will enjoy for several years to come. I wish we'd hired these guys right from the start! We were new to town and hired a different contractor. Two months later and our bathroom renovation was still incomplete and the work was spotty. We called Olympia Construction and they came out right away, gave us a quote and were able to start work within a few days, fixing everything. Price and timing was spot on. Their guys are friendly, very skilled, super punctual and trustworthy, what more could you ever want during a renovation?! Our bathrooms are just two days away from being completed and we'll be telling our neighbors how great these guys were to work with!

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am with this company. After making clear repeatedly what we want to have done (small bathroom remodel) and what our budget is we went through the design phase (which, of course, we had to pay top dollars for) just to get the estimate which is $10.000 over budget!!! What??? I had our expectation on paper, as well as Mike's promise to make sure they will stay within budget, HE WOULD MAKE SURE OF IT THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DESIGN PHASE (his words)! Nothing but an empty promise and we are questioning their intend to ever stay within budget. Now we are stuck with a design we paid $1200 for, we lost months on planning and honestly I lost complete trust in construction companies. They are a disgrace for the community of Olympia and should not be trus

The folks down there at Olympia Construction are very dedicated and inspired people who have an excellence in design and oversight. I have seen their work around town--- a great choice of contractor. Thank you!

Called, spoke with reception about scheduling an appointment to get a quote to replace a roof. Was told that so-and-so was in a meeting and would get back to me. That was last week. No follow up from the business. Rating should be zero.
