Come for the value, stay because it’s all you can afford. I moved out two months ago and lived here for a little more than three years. The day I was supposed to move in they said they had no apartment for me and I had to wait an unknown amount of time for the apartment to be ready which left me homeless for two weeks. I then had roaches for the last two and a half due to other tenants. I had my mailbox broken into. The gutters on both sides of my building fell and were left for weeks. There were a lot of pest problems because of the trash overflow. A lot of people dump their pets here too. There is a large feral cat colony that lives here. They live in the crawl spaces under the buildings. The walls are thin but you’ll have bigger things to worry about. The office has large turnover like

I’m looking for a one bedroom and all they have for the time frame I’m looking for is studios but the leasing agent is still very thorough and broke down pricing with a brochure and recommended another property that could better fit my needs 10 out of 10 customer service for both the leasing agent and the manager

I’m a resident over here been here for 4 1/2 years going on five. I’m trying to figure out why you can never get in contact with the owner of this property Laura Leukardt the property manager. every time you try to go over her head is a problem. I fell on the property. I went to the office to report it. She had another worker in the office fill out a general liability accident report form and never reported to the insurance. She tried to put it on the water company. The water company Insurance getting in contact with me and told me if fell on the property well I did talk to the property manager. She told me to quit calling her boss Robert. He’s not gonna do anything. She’s not gonna do anything. She said her boss told her to tell me to take them to court, I have never seen in my life where

Nice quiet place the maintenance always comes within a reasonable time and are always helpful same for the office lady
