Ron from Oliver Inspections was great! He showed up on time and spent a lot of time thoroughly checking every part of my home! I am especially grateful for going to those places under and on top of the house where I don't want to go and I am glad he did because he found some minor problems that if left unchecked would become a much bigger problems! The report he provided came within hours of the inspection. It was easy to read and summarized each issue found with pics. He answered all of my questions and was able to provide suggestions as to how to fix the issues myself and a recommendation of others that can fix the issues I can't. An all-round excellent experience, highly recommended!
