Oliver Homes

Oliver Homes built our house in 2022. When we started the planning and building process, we were not living in the area. Greg made it very easy to begin the process. As our home was being built, Greg, Carl and the rest of their team were professional and responsive. When we came to them with ideas for customizations, they listened and explored ways to fulfill our requests. We truly ended up with a home that was tailored to us! When warranty work was needed, Aaron did a meticulous job correcting any imperfections that were noticed after a year of living in the home. We continue to be happy with our decision to trust Oliver Homes with building our house.

We had a wonderful experience with Oliver Homes. From designing our new home, to watching it being built, to finally getting the keys in our hands. Mark and the entire team was awesome! Would definitely recommend if you’re building your dream home.

Honest review from an up close perspective. My wife and I built on our own land. We wanted a flexible builder who would work within our budget, be willing to work with our financial situation, be attentive to our demands, and be willing to work alongside us on site. Sales and office: Overall office experience was good, and they were flexible to work with us and our interesting financial situation. Our salesman was helpful, though misspoke on pricing or what was included in the price. This ended up costing us $10-20k just in pricing and fees that we were unaware of. They were willing to float almost all of the home cost until the build was complete, and charged us interest themselves rather than using a construction loan, which was great. Oliver Homes built our home and finished in January of this year. We are extremely happy with our home. Very few issues during the walk-though and they were immediately taken care of. Chris Crespo handled everything early on and he did a great job. We’ve been in our home 2 months and just found a minor cosmetic issue outside and sent them an email. They had someone come out and repair it within a few days. We are very happy with Oliver Homes and would highly recommend them!

In my opinion, I advise you to explore other custom home builders. When we selected and hired Oliver Homes to build our custom home we thought we were selecting a true quality custom home builder. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. The quality of workmanship, project management, communication, over site over in house employees and sub contractors were significantly lacking. The scope and number of issues we experienced pre and post construction are completely unacceptable. We can not and do not recommend Oliver Homes as a custom builder.
