I loved living at 1015 Ford St. and I loved working with the folks at Olde Towne Golden Realty. Jessica was very responsive to my initial inquiry and had a showing scheduled for me right away. I loved working with Ashley Godwin. She was always responsive to my maintenance requests and she was always so friendly to work with. She rocks!! The unit I lived in was so cute and the history behind the building was fascinating. The neighbors were awesome and I actually made some friends out of it who I still see to this day! The location is so close to downtown, I absolutely loved being that close to everything. Best staff, price and location. Can't be beat!

Jessica Noonan and her team are awesome property managers with a brilliant knowledge of property management in real estate. I have personally done business with her over the years and have been treated amazingly well, and I have total confidence in their abilities and I totally recommend her if you’re selling a house, buying a house, renting a property, and even information on how the market is going. so give her a call and chat with her and you’ll see what I mean.

Quite frankly these apartments aren't even worth 1000 a month to keep up and running. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and how me and my wife have been treated. Thank God our lease is up soon. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!!!!!! To be honest I haven't taken the H.O.A seriously even after I paid of my grandfather's 5000 dollar dept...but we just had our 2 meeting in 3 years. Only because one of the home owners wanted documents on where our money was going, Jessica decided she wasn't being paid enough and resigned? In our meeting with Jessica we all agreed to pay a special assessment to grow our shared savings after she called us poor at least 5 times. It was an easy decision if only she had taken the time to inform us or even get our proper contact information. I do not know much about H.O.A but communication is important especially if you live in the property!

Ashley Godwin is so awesome! I’m currently renting a place from Olde Towne and ended up locking myself out of my place at 10pm on a Wednesday night right as a snow storm was rolling in. My only option was to call Ashley and hope she was awake and willing to bring me a spare key. Lucky enough for me Ashley answered and was to my place with a key within 15 mins! It’s the things you don’t HAVE to do that you do anyways that makes a person standout and Ashley is definitely that kind of person!
