Olde Town Estates

This company will nickel and dime you all because they want to get apartments that have been low income since forever to marketplace rent of $975. I don’t know who in their right mind would pay that for these units. Just cause they slapped some tile on the floor and new siding. They are still extremely run down units. Constantly trying to up my friend’s rent whose been an outstanding tenant for five years and every week there’s a new charge absolutely ridiculous. I think they enjoy have delinquent accounts. No wonder why they have so many vacant units out there. I don’t see them lasting on 72nd very long with how things are going. The only thing they care about is fattening their pockets. The management here is amazing. They’ve worked with me through a very rough time in my life and they are always quick to respond & help any way they can. This area use to be rough and it’s cleaned up a lot thanks to the new management. Maintenance always does a fabulous job and other tenants are great as well. I’ve not had any major issues and no issues in my apartment. Highly recommend

They won't allow anyone to smoke cigarettes in their apartments, but the hallways smell of really strong pot! I guess THATS ok. I come to town once a month to visit, and it smells every. Single. Time. My people live there and my granddaughter has breathing problems. Not cool.

This company has been great to me! They show compassion and understanding about life events that happen and always do their best to work with me! I haven’t had many maintenance issues but the few I’ve had have been handled in a timely manner and their techs are very professional when they come in. Can’t express enough how much I appreciate them!
