Olde Salem Village

Lived here for quite a while and probably still would have if New Management did there job. Unfortunately there was mold growing in our apartment from the upstairs neighbor water leak which resulted in mold and plenty of our things were destroyed because of it. When it was brought up they sprayed bleach and called it a day,they never came out to clean the mold that grew in the AC unit during the summer!!! no matter how many times we complained just gave the run around. Finally we were giving a AC unit 2 months towards the end of our lease within the 6 months we had to deal with no cool air.. we did not renew our lease we were happy to be rid of this place with a brand new house that we own!!! Oh and they had the nerve to keep our deposit

This apartment complex is infested with roaches do not move here!!!. Management expects it to get worse. And is no help! Whatever their pest control is spraying does no justice. ACE PESTCONTROL JUST BRINGS THEM OUT MORE N MORE!! But they haven’t even been around to our apartments in about a month we’ve had to complain and complain just for something to get done. This is no way to live. I have bombed for four days and it’s still, Roach city!!! Me and my neighbors and half of the complex are seeking the health department for help We have spent so much money on raid bombs, foggers, home defense, raid spray, gap sealer & totes to live out of!! It’s bad . Management just make excuses nobody is telling us anything or giving us a heads up on what a plan of action is or anything. Nobody is compen

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! My entire stay here was horrible! There were things wrong with the apartment the minute we moved in! The bugs were horrible there & the managers seem to not care! Me & my family was in a rush to move so we pretty much had to settle. My car was stolen there & I went to report it to them & it seem as though they had no care in the world & also informed me that the cameras weren’t working when I asked! It’s impossible to get anything fixed! My cabinets were falling apart & my room door could never close all the way along with my bathroom door & bottom part of wall falling apart. Trash is ALWAYS everywhere. The entire stay there was horrible! The police had to be called for neighbors every other week, fights & drama there my whole stay. Please save your money & put it

DON'T MOVE HERE. I MOVED HERE IN FEBRUARY OF 2025 AND IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH MY FLOORS SINKING IN THROUGHOUT MY APARTMENT. AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HATE THAT IT HAD TO RESULT TOO THIS. BUT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THEM TO SEND A FLOOR COMPANY OR FLOOR TECHNICIAN OUT HERE TO FIX MY FLOORS THAT'S SINKING IN. MY WORK ORDER HAS BEEN IN SINCE LAST MONTH AGO AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS NOT DONE NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE.

I had an outstanding experience at Olde Salem The staff was friendly, the service on them coming out to fix things were quick , and I was highly satisfied with staying there 3 years definitely would move back.
