Old Town Square

I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite things is how the management team goes above and beyond to create a true neighborhood experience the resident events are amazing, especially when they bring in multiple food trucks. It really makes living here feel fun, social, and unique compared to other places I’ve lived. The staff is friendly, responsive, and clearly cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. From the amenities to the overall vibe, this has truly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home while still offering a luxury community feel!

Definitely love living here ! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Any issues that occur get taken care of in a timely manner. Cheo does an amazing job with communicating with me especially when he comes to deliveries I have . he’s super friendly and polite. It’s a breath of fresh air to see a friendly face when you enter the building. He’s the best ! The leasing staff is very friendly. Love Rosa and Brittany ! They are very welcoming and helpful with any problems I have. Would recommend living here for for sure !

Living at Old Town Square Apartments under Crown Residential has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Rosa Sanchez’s warm charm and genuine care made this place feel like home. She was a huge reason I signed my lease initially, and now entering my third year, that same welcoming energy continues to shine through the community. It’s been especially exciting to see the continued growth and positive momentum under Brittany Ebb’s leadership. The community has truly taken another leap forward. I would not recommend living at Old Town Square. There are constant false fire alarms, sometimes happening weekly, which makes it stressful and disruptive to feel safe or relaxed in your own home. On top of that, there have been ongoing safety concerns, including homeless individuals wandering the property at night and even pulling on residents’ door handles. For the price you pay, basic security and peace of mind should not be an issue. Definitely look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

I recommend this place 100%. From the beginning, they knew how to guide me and were patient in showing me all the apartments. Thank you, Rubi and Rosa, for being super agile and fast! It's a super safe place, and there are many activities to do nearby, especially when you have a manager like Jessica. Old Town Square is well managed by her. She's excellent as a person, but more than anything, she's an excellent human being, which you don't find everywhere. She not only works here, but it's clear that she loves what she does, helping to resolve problems or situations that make her work excellent. Thank you, Old Town Square, for making my place... a safe place.
