Timing is everything in such an important milestone in life. I’m moving across country I’m selling one home and buying another both transactions are dependent on each other. So communication is the biggest key because one slip and your purchasing home can be lost or you can be displaced with no home and a family including young children. That’s my current situation because of this title company making empty promises with no follow through. As a Veteran I’m used to moving across country with the help of the military this was my first time doing it myself and I thought we found a company that could make that transition seamless boy were we fooled.
