My wife and signed the papers for our first home here at this office. For first time buyers this can be a very stressful transaction. Thankfully our Escrow officer Bonnie was amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive. Things all went very smoothly. First and foremost be very careful of the homeless encampments all around. ORT has there doors locked for this issue, park somewhere close to the door. Secondly I was asked to come and sign a Deed over as a result of litigation which is amazing as it was closure to an already drawn out process. Bonnie asked for me to come and sign a document that I had not seen. I had to ask to have the document emailed first. Bonnie then proceeded to let me know that her "client" which is odd because Old Republic Title should be a non vested third party to this process would not allow for me to see that financial responsibility would be removed prior to signing. Professionally it took not one, two, three, but four days to get in writing the simple common place verbiage that I was being removed from the
