Absolutely terrible customer service! I don't know how this company stays in business. They act as if this is the first time they've ever dealt with closing on a house. I asked several times over several weeks for our closing costs without a response, which is now costing me additional money to expedite the funds transfer. The day before we were supposed to close, they left early for the day without completing our paperwork, yet they complained to my agent that they are too busy. 2 days later, they were asking me when we were closing! They continue to delay and ask me as the buyer what's next in the process, while playing the innocent card and saying they haven't received anything. If you can, go somewhere else! We sold a house and purchased a house at the same time and had them handle it. It was the worst decision ever! You can never get a hold of the person who's handling your paperwork and after everything was done, we noticed that they gave us $2,500+ less from the sale of our home, they charged us for the option fee that we never took (our buyer sent it late) and they charged us for almost $500 for (the newhouse) home warranty but in our contract it was stated clearly that the seller has to pay it. Later, when we needed to use the home warranty, we found out they actually cancelled it when we asked them to review the paperwork and refund our money because the seller paid it too!
