Old Republic Title

I contacted this old republic, title company location because their branch in California wanted me to sign some documentation and when I originally called, I was told by the representative at this location in New Jersey that they do/handle these type of signings but when I called back two hours later. I’m told we don’t do that. It sound to me like the person was trying to make up a lie because I find it hard to believe that you don’t conduct this type of signing when you still have people purchasing property and needing or selling property that need to sign documentation with you anyway, but that’s OK. I guess I understand why your ratings are so low.

Avoid at all costs. Employees I’ve interacted with are rude and unresponsive. I’ve reached out two months ago requesting if they can assist with a title transfer, as this company was used over 10 years ago the first time around. I tried following up for over two months. No one answered the phone or email. I only received this response only after getting ahold of head office who had to escalate to the supervisor. The supervisor was also unprofessional and terse, completely unapologetic. I’m astounded by the lack of care for others and how unashamed they are of their behavior.
