Old Republic Title

When I sold my home, the title company sent the payoff for the wrong loan. I had to do all the legwork to correct it, it took me a month of calling the bank every other day, and then once it was fixed it took several days to correct my credit. Old Republic kept passing the buck, and nobody seemed like they wanted to help me. I thought that’s why you paid title insurance. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

Do not purchase their home warranty! It is a scam that claims to cover problems, but has so many clauses and loopholes that nothing is covered. Their contractors are also trash, and take weeks to even come and look at your home.
