If your looking into this place make sure it's your absolute last option. This review applies for the Hecker pass and 1st Street location 1st management is horrible. Inconsistent office hours to the point where they have removed the office operation hours from the front door of leasing office. They have terrible communication, back and forth between them for something so simple as some A/C work takes over 2 weeks to get anything useful. They always ask you to email them but that's just a slow . Phone calls to this place absolute headache. Management all hired from temp agencies I can confirm this from the constant rotation of employees. Even the property management company has terrible reviews on a state wide reputation. 2nd property quality is the worst. I've seen ikea furniture hold up

TERRIBLE ! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE , if you have children and you care for them please keep them far away from this place. Filled with homeless and drug addicts, place is dirty and the management could care less about the people here! They will take your money and don’t return your deposit. I would put 0 stars if possible.

I try many times to get some help but I get no answer or feed back .but hearing bad things. About this place .its ok I find something else .hope fully this business. Will get better

Bad management, The management will not communicate with you properly and they lie to you. Place is very dirty , community is no good.

New office manager Michelle and her staff are doing fantastic ! Great team !!
