We bought a home in Old Mill Preserve. Savannah was our sales person. We had an appointment after driving from Charlotte, NC, needless to say, we were tired. We had a very impressive presentation from Savannah. She was patient with us and thoroughly well informed. If we had a builder question, Savanah followed up with a phone call. We felt very safe with Savanah and the entire process after having been badly bruised by our current home builder. This whole experience, after years of looking and comparing builders and homesites was something that we were not expecting. Old Mill Preserve was worth waiting for. I have to amend this review to include
