Alex is skilled in all areas of construction. He always showed up on time and worked very hard on a rather complicated project. Pricing is competitive for his level of expertise. He directed the job from beginning to end with total professionalism. It was not an easy job but he handled it with elan. Highly recommend him for rehab / renovation. He stands behind his work and there is no doubt he will my only choice in the next phase.

Alejandro and Dunamis are outstanding! He charges a fair price, and he gets the job done when he says he will. I had a 6-day job scheduled 3 months ahead of schedule with him, and I had absolutely no flexibility with the dates. He hustled and worked extra hours to get the job done a day early. He has great taste in helping you choose colors and designs. I have used Alejandro for two big jobs (remodeling two bathrooms, reflooring the kitchen, painting the entire 980-square-foot condo), and I am very happy with his work. He will be my first and only call the next time I need any work done.
