I have now closed two homes with Ohio Real Title in the last 10 months. Jeannette, Melissa and their team of professionals are fantastic! They are kind, patient and helpful. They are on top of everything and responded quickly when I had questions. I feel the process is positive and goes smoothly because of their dedication to their work and clients. ORT will always be my title company of choice.

As a loan consultant I deal with so many title companies, I have been so impressed with the level of service received from Patti Lauri’s at Ohio Real Title. It was a difficult deal, restructured a few times and city point of sale issues. Patti was on top of it all thee way AND we closed 2 weeks ahead of contract! Kudos Patti for your knowledge, top notch service, patience and positive attitude!!!!

Above and beyond - I mistakenly thought this company had handled my sale last year and needed some title deed info, instead of redirecting my query to another company Suzanne just found the information and sent it to me kindly. Excellent service.

DO NOT USE this Title Company. They wanted to charge me 3x the amount Enterprise Title charges for a simple parcel transfer. I kicked them to the curb and told the realtor to use Enterprise Title.

We were so grateful to have worked Jeanette with our title work. She was the glue that held us together with the sale of our house . It was a very stressful situation & terms keep changing from the buyer. She was very patient , caring, understanding & keep us positive throughout the transaction. We must have called her 100 times & she never made us feel bad about calling. She took the time to educate us and make sure we understood everything . All I can say she was a real asset to us and to Ohio Real Title. .
