Hollydale Apartments

They don't fix anything, and after you leave, they don't give you your deposit back either. They don't answer calls to file complaints. It's the worst place you could live; it's like a neighborhood in Cleveland. There's always a fight and argument; they don't leave you any peace. People walk around your car leaving beer and trash in your living area. I say this because I lived there for 10 years, and they never fixed anything. The last thing they did was put in a new water heater; they hadn't changed it since 2017. 🤣

I have lived here for the last six or more months and the current landlord Ms HOPE HAS BEEN SO GREAT AND LISTENS TO HER TENANT (ME) AND SHE WALKS AND GUILDS ME THROUGH THE THINGS THAT I DONT UNDERSTAND AND WISH WE HAD HER BEFORE NOW ,BUT I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE HER NOW . AND THANK U MS HOPE. I HOPE TO KEEP U AROUND FOR A SUPER LONG TIME ..

Very clean and we'll maintained property. Nice roomy apartments. My buddy lives there. Big open court yards with Picnic areas too.

This place accepts section 8 I think and that's good I think.. the peeps are friendly enough without being too pushy I guess.
