Built in the 70s they do a fair job of keeping the place looking nice some units are dated some have been updated they are constantly trying to update the community
Nice place. Taken care of nicely. Lots of trees. Only issue is the massive hoarder fee.
Nice and quiet. I'd say it's more for older people. Not young children. Some do live there bit does seem like they have room to play.
Very loud rude tenants. Management/ board don't seem to care as long as they get their rent money. Good luck dealing with ignorance of other's playing loud thumping music all hours day or night
There is no HOA manager. Problems with mice, racoons, not a good place to live. No one answers.
