Ocean Plaza Apartments

I used to live at Ocean Plaza and had a great experience, the staff is always so polite and helpful and with everything but electricity included, it is a fantastic deal and opportunity. The location was awesome as well, walking distance to Wonderland, quick drive to Lynn or to East Boston and accessibility to Revere Beach. I would highly recommend them

It's good apartment that covers central air and water in the rental unit. Comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The 1st floor or basement has a larger washer dryer but requires payment to use similar to the ones in laundromats. They have an elevator for those that have trouble with stairs or need to move things up or down stairs. The complex doesn't have a designated smoking area so other tenants may complain of smoking. The apartment complex is relatively clean and has a cleaning service cleaning every day or week in the late morning. The complex has storage units that are available to rent. The location is right across Revere Beach. The units in the front require tenants to live there for at least a year before it's available for rent for current t

I wanted to rent an apartment here they said earlier it is $1995 and now they are saying it is $2225. I don’t recommend they are not trustable. And no explanation for this. Be careful and rent apartment from another facility. And they did not refund application fee back even it is because of their fault!

They are making mistakes, taking application fee. After just apology and not any refund even because of their fault 👎🏻 Not recommended and not trustable
