Elise & Shawn were such great people to communicate with. I'd also like to give Stacey B from Coorpoate a hell yea, She was Awsome. They answered any questions I had prior to and day after move in. They're attentiveness to my emails were resolved within 24 hours even after the weekend. I'm sure that any new tenants would say the same. I hope everyone has a Great experience like I did. So I can't speak to the old builds but I did live in the new building. Ill just go over the quick pros and cons. Pros: Washer and dryer are brand new Maytag's really nice quality. The bathroom was done pretty well. The building was insulated pretty well during the winter so the heating bill was decently low. Cons: While the building is new it was very rushed and that started to show after the first year of living there. While I was living there they were able to build 3 new buildings rather quickly. Its clearly a looks over quality kind of deal built to the state minimum. Internet started to cut in and out and after walking around the building I found out why! Someone left the cable/fiber boxes wide open. They looked like they had been broken in to. Same with the water/ sprinkler ro

In comparison to most parking lots I've witnessed, I think OPV could have done a better job. From the beginning the "contractors blocked the vehicles in making clean-up harder. I'm sure OPV think they did the best they could. But where else could we park to have the lots cleared out? I can honestly say I didn't see much done. Take a look for yourself. It's still hard to get out or walk between cars. So sad with another snow storm threatening. 😱

New build town homes are decent though clearly build time was the priority vs quality which pops up through small nuisances. Neighborhood has a steady stream of police cars, interpret that as you like. The police cars include right in front of the town homes, not in a different neighborhood. They were there the first day I moved in and were there twice this past week 10/2025. I barely use the kitchen but there are roaches. Front office is not on top of things. They confirm things without actually checking with their hired contractor to see if it really is confirmed). I confirmed the morning of an exterminator appointment (rescheduled a full 2 wks prior due to a family hospitalization) that they would be coming. I locked up my pet up for the day and cleared the kitchen and bathroom cabine

If anyone tells you anything negative about this place, please call 911. I live here and I love it. Anything breaks in my apartment all I need to do is report to maintenance and it's sorted out within 24 hours. I just need to walk outside to buy a car, I am close to everything and it takes me 6 minutes to get to work. Ocean Park Village is the place to be.
