I came to this area twice. In 2018, and recently plus there's that Community Park ahead. As far as I can see, it's a nice clean, & quiet area, but I discovered a lot of dog poop though. 💩☹️ And I wanna say, overall I really envy people that lives by the beach, and those that are out there in Rockaway Park & Far Rockaway are sooo lucky!!😤😠🥺♥️❤️
This is the right side of the apartment complex from Beach Channel Drive. The opposite side of the flags. The whole area looks better than it did yrs ago.
If you are looking for an apartment, they accept only Section 8, unfortunately
