Very happy living in Surfside! Nice neighbors, good maintenance workers, very nice office staff. Really like Bibi, Elias/Louie and Douglas.
Everything is great about them but they need to remake the basketball court that would be great.
This place needs new management. Too many roaches and bed bugs.
Receptionist very curt & not receptive to a future tenants inquiry.
