Bay Towers Apartments

This building looks so clean everyone minding their business.However the building have an old school building vibe bigger rooms I loved it

I love the apartments. Very spacious, with a beautiful view. Management and maintenance are always so proactive. But some of the neighbors act as if they’re raised with no home training, management should screen thoroughly the people they’re bringing in to bay towers. Very selfish and inconsiderate, They blast music late at night or super early in the morning.

The rental office will make you want to fight. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional. I can literally hear her eating as she tell me all that she can't do(shocker). Very unhelpful. The building is falling apart but rent keeps going up. Machines in the laundry room are always broken. I've wasted so much money in there. 1 elevator can go out with no notice so you're waiting 10 minutes for 1 elevator to finally come. Security is paid to do nothing. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the view from the terrace is beautiful and the apartments are fairly large. Just try not to catch a case over the rental office. She act like she own the building when shes just a worker.

Over priced! Lived here for over 6 years and between the constant flooding and breaking down of pretty much everything its not worth the price they charge for rent. They advertise amedities but they never work and their so called pool is nothing but a leaking closed disaster that should be fixed or cemented over and used as a park for all the kids that live in the building as there is no real place for them to go so they end up loitering the halls and causing trouble.

Love it, i live there!!!! ;-) It has a plaza where you can play. I play there with my freinds who live in the building and go to the same school as me. Also, they have studios avalible. Service is good not that good cause our mainents man don't even come until the manager tells them to
