Oates Estates Apartments

Definitely would not recommend. Everything falls out including doors! Roaches are part of the apartment. They include washing machines but always out of order. Charge for everything including blinders! Rude front desk staff on top of that we have had to deal with a racist neighbor who keeps calling the police and child services on us I guess because we are black and speak our language. Definitely can’t wait to be out of here!

Honestly, I am beyond disgusted with these apartments. After three years of paying rent on time, the least they could do is show a shred of respect—but no. They slapped a random notice on our door on Friday, and when we went to the office to figure out what was going on, the receptionist acted like we were some kind of inconvenience. She literally refused to talk to us, claimed our issue could “wait till Monday,” and then had the nerve to close the door in our faces. The staff here are unbelievably rude, and unprofessional,. Our neighbor keeps calling the police on us for no reason, and management does absolutely nothing. They can’t even keep up with maintenance. I can’t even forget to mention the roaches, those are like absolutely part of the apartments they are everywhere. When applying

I can’t imagine your fellow occupant can accuse you of something and the manager goes ahead to write a letter to you. I was comfortable sleeping when my children came with a letter alleging that I have unauthorized occupants yet I don’t have any one in the building and even if I did I’m allowed to house someone for not more than a month. The person I got at the office had the nerve to send me out claiming the office is closed when there is already someone in that she was talking to. I don’t know if my color is the problem here. These days the office people are not like ones I found. It’s two years and I feel that they are just tired of me.

It was a nice place when I first moved in and went downhill after 3 months because of the tenants they allowed to move in. They have been through 9 or more managers since I moved in 20 months ago. I have complained for over a year about my windows leaking. I feel like I pay high rent and live in the ghetto. I could go on.....

Don't move here especially after the new manager got hire.. they will steal ur deposit by making up stuff to charge after you move out.... everything is broken there , door in the closet fall off and the blinds are very cheap and break because the sun cooks them and the office charge you for it... the reaches live rent free in every apartment unit and the middle room where the a/c is people can't sleep because of the noise and people get sick because the mold that builds up in that middle room.... please don't move ur family to these apartments if u cherish ur life or ur kids and family.....
