Oasis at Heritage Apartments

Lived there for 3 years and rarely had an issue! The staff are super polite and friendly, Faith and Theresa know you by name and are always quick so say hello, maintenance staff were always quick to resolve any kind of issue. My apartment was the perfect size and I loved the layout, pool/clubhouse area is a very nice touch. Overall, highly recommend!

My husband and I lived there for six months in 2025. It was a great place. Beautiful and clean facilities (pool, cabanas, pool table, gym, kitchen at the amenities building, and more). The attention was very respectful, friendly and professional. Thanks to David, Teresa and Faith.

Too little marking in front of my building forced me to rent a garage. Noisy neighbors blasting music and pounding their feet on the floor as they walk. Valet living trash can is too small and they take trash, but leave recycling cause trash to fill up even faster. Long bed trucks that back into parking spaces block all of the usable sidewalk. Gregory Poole truck always blocks the tight area needed to wheel heavy packages back to unit. Water pressure too low. Takes too long for the hot water to heat up. Noisy dryer.

David, Teresa and Faith were very friendly. We enjoyed our 2/2 garden apartment. Beautiful and well cared facilities; pool, gym, etc.

The tour was nice and I liked the place. I was very excited to rent the apartment. I make approximately $3700 a month but when filing the application, I am denied because I don’t make enough money. Now I am out $350 for the application process and I am unable to lease the apartment. Three times the monthly rent is ridiculous. I know my finances and would not apply if I couldn’t afford it. Besides, I am just a couple hundred short of the three times monthly rent. An absurd stipulation to lease, especially with the way the economy is now a days. If you want good honest, hard working residents, you should lower your standards a little bit.
