Oasis Apartments

K, so a little rough, but I love it. The owner is great. Realistic, cynical, and hilarious. Not great for kids but if you are riding life and need a spot with not much to worry about, it's great. FYI, some crime, but keep your nose clean and people will be nice and won't bother you. I lived there for five years and still visit. Thanks Brian and team 😏

If you care about your well being do not move here. I live near by and this place is over run with homeless. Constant shootings and deaths. Not safe whatsoever. Steer clear by all means.

I don't live here, my girlfriend does. However, I'm here enough to review. From what I can tell, the management is absolutely fantastic. The owner always greets me with a warm smile and a hello, and I always see the management here working on something. My girlfriend never has to wait longer than 2 days for repairs. The people they hire for repairs are knowledgeable and prompt. All in all, I don't understand the bad reviews this place gets. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good place to live

Absolutely terrible experience with this landlord. They literally rent to anyone and I do mean anyone. I lived at another property and one year had to get an injunction against harassment against one neighbor for stealing my undergarments from a shared laundry room. The straw that broke the camels back were the 9 registered offenders he rented the downstairs apartment to without previous notifications. Thank God for month to month leases.

We lived here years ago, all i can tell people is RUN! The units are full of black mold and bugs, they dont fix anything, and don't even get me started on the owners. One of the absolute worst places in town to live and extremely unsafe
