Oakwood Village Apartments

I lived there for 3 years with my kids, nice environment, management keep the apartment complex nice and clean. Calm environment, if something needs to be fixed in the apartment they will do it right away. I have nothing bad to say only good things.

The new manager and the other lady’s in the office Are nice and helpful. My brother in law applied and it was a pleasure to speak with people who care and can help with any questions. I am happy for the change. The apartments are clean and nice. Smell good and my family is excited.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I came in looking for further information on an apartment and the manager Nataly had blood shot red eyes and reeked of alcohol. I decided to take my stuff and head out. On my way out the heavier set leasing agent was extremely rude and couldn’t help me because she said she had to take her “lunch break”, and then proceeded to go to the back to feed her child. I’m never coming back here again.

Nice apartments. The manager is extremely nice, and helped when my mother had an issue with a work order. The other review below can’t possibly be true because the manager was very respectful and helped everyone who came in. The guy below came in when I did and he was rude towards Deja, Jessica and Anna. They all tried to help him and he kept yelling. We all recorded him because of the way he came in disrespectful towards the ladies and even got in the managers face. I would not be surprised if he was asked to move out. It definitely would be warranted. The ladies are super sweet, helpful and will do everything they can to help us that live here.

Thank God this property has good management now! it was terrible in the past but ever since the property manager that’s currently here now, her name is Ana has taken over this property things are so much better. And also, when I have an issue with something in my apartment, she addresses them immediately. That’s just amazing. Never had that anywhere else that I’ve lived..
