Brand new! Keely is nice at least. Spacious apartments with several sizes to choose from. Huge community room for events. 2 and 3 story buildings. Very impressive. I picked up my key yesterday (Dec 18, 2025) Google Maps doesn’t even show the complex. And the entrance from Louetta is marked wrong.

Yes, they're new, so they're working out some kinks, but the place is really nice. Comparatively speaking, the rent was better than other places I visited which weren't half as nice. Your choice of floor plans, a resort style pool, fire pit seating area, bar-b-que dinning type areas, a big fantastic workout room with equipment for all levels, a small library, a great room and several areas for gathering together in or just visiting with each that are always available... It's like a "retirement community" on a budget. I'm still hoping to work out the washer/dryer situation, but no one is forcing you to take a "package deal" here. It's your choice. Outstanding experience! Both Nikki and Keeley are very professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They explained everything clearly, accommodated multiple walkthroughs, and expedited the application process. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free — highly recommended.

Sure brand new place great 👍 but it's really expensive. They want you to pay for everything. Washer and dryer have to be rented if you want them in your unit. Grab safety bars have to be requested. The worst of all is the tv service they make you take They want to make you pay extra to get current local channels through streaming apps, again pay more, so how is this place affordable? The current floor plans on the website show walk in shower with doors that is false advertisement they did not build them that way, so if you want a enclosed shower don't come here. Research carefully before choosing this place. Only nice thing is it's brand new and nice and big enough units. Toilets are also small so not made for oversized people, also not short people. No hair salon or theater room either.Su
